OakLeaf Medical Network Names Jeff Tucker Chief Executive Officer

Experienced healthcare executive brings decades of independent physician network leadership and regional healthcare experience

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — October 28, 2026 — OakLeaf Medical Network (OLMN) has named Jeff Tucker chief executive officer. Tucker began his role September 28, bringing more than 35 years of healthcare experience and a career focused on physician partnerships, independent practice leadership and access to care.

Tucker will work with OLMN’s physician leaders and member practices to strengthen the network’s support for independent medicine, build collaborative partnerships and advance its mission of accessible, patient-centered care.

“Jeff understands both the challenges independent practices face and the opportunities we can pursue together,” said Kyle Dettbarn, MD, chair of the OLMN board of directors. “His experience leading physician networks, building partnerships and developing practical solutions makes him well suited to help our members thrive while preserving the physician leadership and personal approach to care our communities value.”

Tucker previously served as vice president of business development and care innovation at Marshfield Clinic Health System, where his responsibilities included physician and hospital partnerships, strategic growth, employer health services and innovative approaches to rural care, including mobile primary care.

Before joining Marshfield Clinic, Tucker served as president and CEO of Integrity Health Network, an independent physician organization serving communities across Minnesota and Wisconsin. His work there and with its predecessor organizations included bringing independent practices together, developing payer relationships, expanding shared services and establishing accountable care programs focused on quality and cost.

“Independent medicine gives patients meaningful choices and physicians the ability to shape care around the people they serve,” Tucker said. “OLMN helps practices preserve that independence while gaining the strength of a larger network. I’m excited to build on that foundation—supporting the business of medicine so physicians can focus on their patients, and building partnerships that keep care strong and close to home.”

Tucker’s background also includes military service in the U.S. Air Force and Minnesota Air National Guard, and serving on healthcare and community boards. He and his wife, Wendy, live in the Eau Claire area.
